We provide web development, graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing services, along with related work such as hosting, maintenance, and website subscriptions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed separately in a quotation, proposal, or written agreement between you and us — those project-specific terms take priority over these general Terms wherever they conflict.

Clients may be given access to a dashboard to track projects, invoices, payments, and hosted sites. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aashirdigital.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict dashboard access to protect the security of our systems or other clients' data, or where an account is used in violation of these Terms.

Quotations are estimates and remain valid only for the period stated on them. Once accepted, a project proceeds on the payment schedule agreed at that time — typically an upfront deposit with the balance due on milestones or completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway. Late or missed payments may pause project work, delivery, or hosting/subscription services until the account is brought current. Prices for ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, retainers) may be revised with reasonable advance notice before renewal.

Where we host, maintain, or license a website on your behalf, that service continues for the billing cycle you've subscribed to and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If a subscription lapses, we may apply a short grace period before the site or its features are suspended; we're not responsible for downtime caused by non-payment.

Domain registrations, third-party licenses, and similar pass-through costs are billed as incurred and remain subject to the relevant registrar's or vendor's own terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables (code, designs, video, and other project assets) transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use non-confidential project outcomes — screenshots, descriptions, and general learnings — in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to.

We may use third-party tools, frameworks, stock assets, and licensed fonts/media in delivering work; those remain subject to their own licenses and are not owned by either party outright.

The aashirdigital.com website itself — its design, code, and content — is owned by Aashir Digital and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content/assets needed to complete the project.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, logos, images, or text you supply to us for use in your project.
• Use the Services, dashboard, and any delivered site lawfully and not for spam, fraud, or harmful content.
• Keep your account credentials and any license/API keys we issue confidential.

Either party may cancel an ongoing project by written notice; you remain responsible for payment of work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Amounts already paid for work not yet delivered are handled on a case-by-case basis as agreed in your project quotation — contact us at hello@aashirdigital.com if you need to discuss a cancellation or refund.

The Services and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the site or dashboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business result (traffic, rankings, sales, or ad performance) will follow from our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aashir Digital and Ashir Ansari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aashir Digital harmless from claims arising out of content or materials you provide, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the dashboard or Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that risks harm to us or others. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnification) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except where local consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
